Governor Sarah Palin will welcome members of Alaska’s diplomatic corps to Fairbanks for Ice Alaska’s 2008 World Ice Art Championships tomorrow. Chris Harper fills in for Susan Keltner discussing this and other events scheduled for this weekend.
