Fairbanks is bidding to host the Arctic Winter Games for 2014. You can enter our contest to select a theme for the event and sign up to be a supporter by visiting our AWG 2014 page. Here are some details on the prizes:
The Grand prize contest winner will receive a Thule Frontier 668ES Rooftop Cargo Box donated by Alaska Outdoor Rentals and Guides. The first runner-up will receive a round of golf at North Star Golf. The second runner-up will receive a Fairbanks-themed gift basket.
Another First Friday art exhibit is being hosted at the Morris Thompson Center as well, along with other events throughout this weekend. Listen to or download the entire rundown below.
